Fit criteria
- Contract-heavy services (facility, security, technical, cleaning, staffing).
- Portfolio size ≥ €10M.
- Multi-entity or multi-object structure.
- A director- or CFO-level sponsor.
- Willingness to arrange source-system access within 4 weeks.
What we don't do
- ×POCs to fill an internal sprint.
- ×Replacing an existing controller team.
- ×Data exports outside the EU.
- ×Promising to 'do AI' without a concrete problem owner.
