Contract monitoring

Contract monitoring is the continuous, automated verification that the agreements in a contract portfolio are being complied with and that all time-bound triggers are activated on time. It goes beyond an annual review: every obligation, deadline, indexation clause, and side letter is checked daily or nightly against the current state in ERP, accounting, and operational systems. Manual contract monitoring on a large portfolio reaches around three percent coverage in practice; automated monitoring with evidence-backed signalling and human approval achieves effective coverage above 98 percent without alert fatigue.
